Upon receiving the product, please refer to the instructions below for installation and maintenance.

一. Main Structure

  1. Bowl: Equipped with a spiral track, used for storing and conveying workpieces.
  2. Base: Contains electromagnet and spring plates, providing vibration power.
  3. Controller: Adjusts vibration frequency and amplitude to control feeding speed.
  4. Linear Feeder (optional): Connects with the bowl to convey workpieces smoothly.

二. Installation Steps

  1. Place the vibratory feeder on a flat, solid and stable workbench.
  2. Secure the base firmly to the frame, avoiding contact with other equipment to prevent resonance.
  3. Connect the controller and the electromagnet of the base correctly according to the labels, and ensure the voltage matches (commonly AC220V / AC110V).
  4. Check that there are no foreign objects in the bowl and base, and all screws are tight.
  5. Test run under no-load condition to confirm normal vibration and no abnormal noise.

三. Operation

  1. Turn on the power and the controller switch. Slowly adjust the frequency/voltage knob to achieve a suitable feeding speed.
  2. Add an appropriate amount of workpieces into the bowl. Avoid overfilling or insufficient loading to prevent jamming or bouncing.
  3. During normal operation, observe the feeding status to ensure workpieces climb upward in order without jamming or reversing.

四. Daily Maintenance

  1. Regularly clean dust, oil stains and metal chips on the track to keep it smooth.
  2. It is forbidden to impact or knock the bowl to prevent track deformation.
  3. Maintain a proper gap for the electromagnet: an overlarge gap causes insufficient suction, while an undersized gap leads to impact and overheating.
  4. When not in use for a long time, cut off the power, clean the equipment and take dustproof protection.
