Fault Analysis and Solutions in Case of Malfunction

1. No Vibration at All / No Response

  1. Power supply or controller failure
  • Causes: No power input, loose plug, damaged controller
  • Solutions: Check power cord and socket; test or replace the controller
  1. Burned-out electromagnetic coil / loose wiring
  • Causes: Coil aging, short circuit, loose wiring
  • Solutions: Reconnect wires properly; replace the electromagnetic coil
  1. Severely loose chassis screws
  • Causes: Missing fixing bolts, failed vibration transmission
  • Solutions: Tighten all fixing screws

二. Vibration Present but No Feeding / Slow Feeding

  1. Controller amplitude / voltage set too low
  • Solution: Adjust the voltage and frequency on the controller
  1. Cracked, worn, or loose spring plates
  • Solution: Replace with new spring plates and retighten
  1. Excessive electromagnet gap
  • Causes: Insufficient suction, weak vibration
  • Solution: Adjust the gap to the standard range (approx. 0.5–1 mm)
  1. Excessive workpieces in the bowl, causing excessive pressure
  • Solution: Reduce material load and maintain a proper level

三. Material Jamming, Blockage, or Stagnant Workpieces

  1. Burrs, oil, or metal chips on the track
  • Solution: Clean the track, remove burrs, and keep it dry and smooth
  1. Workpieces with burrs, deformation, or adhesion
  • Solution: Deburr workpieces and select qualified products
  1. Improper track stopper structure / sorting opening
  • Solution: Finely adjust the height, angle, and width of the stopper
  1. Deformed or damaged track
  • Solution: Straighten the track or repair the bowl

四. Unstable Feeding / Inconsistent Speed

  1. Unstable voltage
  • Solution: Install a regulated power supply
  1. Soft or shaking installation platform
  • Solution: Secure the unit to a rigid metal plate or frame
  1. Fluctuating material level
  • Solution: Maintain continuous and stable feeding

五. Loud Abnormal Noise, Impact Sounds, or Body Overheating

  1. Insufficient electromagnet gap causing impact
  • Solution: Increase the gap appropriately
  1. Damaged spring plates or loose screws
  • Solution: Replace spring plates and tighten bolts
  1. Contact between the bowl and linear feeder or housing
  • Solution: Adjust positions and maintain a safe clearance

六. Severe Material Flying or Bouncing

  1. Excessively high amplitude setting
  • Solution: Turn down the amplitude counterclockwise
