How It Works

Beneath the feeder bowl is a pulse electromagnet that causes the bowl to vibrate vertically. Inclined spring plates drive the bowl to perform torsional vibration around its vertical axis.Due to this vibration, components inside the bowl ascend along the spiral track. During ascent, after undergoing a series of track screening or posture adjustments, parts can automatically enter the assembly or processing position in a uniform state as required for assembly or machining.Its function is to automatically arrange messy, unordered workpieces in an orderly and consistent direction, and accurately convey them to the next process via vibration.
