The screws on the vibrating plate are loose. The screws on the linear feeder include spring screws, electromagnetic screws, and installation fixing screws. Any loose screw in any position is enough to cause the linear feeder to not work. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the screws in each part are loose.

1. The screws on the vibrating plate are loose. The screws on the linear feeder include spring screws, electromagnetic screws, and installation fixing screws. Any loose screw in any position is enough to cause the linear feeder to not work. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the screws in each part are loose.

2. Loose screws cause displacement of the electromagnet. The working principle of a linear feeder is similar to that of a vibrating plate, which is powered by the vibrating plate of an electromagnet. If the electromagnet shifts, causing a gap that is too large or too small, it will also cause it to not work. There is no fixed mode for adjusting the gap, so it should not be too large as it may cause the electromagnet to burn out. If it is too small, it will cause insufficient elasticity or noise. Probably similar to the electromagnet of a vibrating disc, it ranges from 0.5MM to 1.5. You can adjust while testing.

3. The surrounding plates on both sides of the linear feeder (some linear feeder series may not have such plates) are in contact with the main body of the linear feeder. The baffle can be adjusted to allow the gap between the linear feeder and the baffle to flow out.

4. The installation problem of the linear feeder is that the fixing screws are not tightened, or there is contact between the linear feeder and the machine or the vibrating plate during the installation process. If the linear feeder comes into contact with the vibrating plate, resonance will occur, causing the linear feeder to not work or move in the opposite direction.

5. The issue with the linear feeder track. The vibrating disc accessory linear feeder track is too thick or too heavy. Overweight means that the power of the linear feeder is not as strong, so it does not work. Overthickness is due to energy loss caused by height issues, and the linear feeder does not work. The installation screws of the linear feeder track are too long, and the holes on the panel are through holes, causing contact between the screws and the electromagnet or armature.

6. Circuit problem, aviation plug or terminal detachment, check if the circuit is normal.
