The ground end of a three-pin plug with single-phase AC power input must be properly grounded. The output interface is Φ16 3-core aviation socket. Pin 1 and pin 3 of the socket are connected to the input lead of the electromagnet, and pin 2 is connected to the vibration disk housing (ground).

1. Connection instructions:

The general type controller is commonly used in the vibration of the vibration disk vibration frequency and stability requirements are not very high. In addition, there are various kinds of frequency modulation and digital voltage regulation controllers, which can adapt to a variety of different environments and customer vibration requirements.

Second, the use of vibration disk controller precautions:

1, the controller can not be installed in the open environment. Be sure to cut off the power supply when connecting
2, the controller should be used in a very good ventilated heat dissipation environment, the ambient temperature is -20℃ to 40℃.
3, the controller must not be connected to 380V AC, otherwise it will cause the machine irreparable damage!
4, adjust the internal output waveform control selection (full wave/half wave) switch, be sure to cut off the power supply.
5, the controller input FG terminal must be correctly grounded. The output FG terminal must be connected to the vibration disk housing.
6, the controller should be used in the environment without water droplets, vapors, corrosion, flammable gas, liquid, no floating dust and metal particles.
7, the controller is only used to drive electromagnetic vibration feeding equipment, not as other purposes.
